For a little while now webfonts have been increasing in popularity in web design, and thank goodness as there is only so much you can do with the same few websafe fonts we had been using. There are a few services around the web now that allow you to implement different fonts into your website, but the one I now use the most is Google Webfonts. It’s free and doesn’t require you to create an account, and super easy to implement into your html and css.

The collection of fonts offered by Google is continually growing, below I am sharing a few of my favourites that I love using in website and blog designs.

Font Selection: Josefin Slab, Yeseva One, Oswald, Old Standard TT, Amatic SC, Raleway , Muli

A few people have asked me what camera and filters I used on the photos from my trip, so here’s a quick post to let everyone know. All my photos were taken on my iPhone 4, and quickly processed using filters in a new photo editing app called Analog. Unfortunately this app is only available for Mac via iTunes, but for a limited time (I think it ends today Nov 2) it’s available for just $7.99. Here are a few examples of the filters available in Analog:

I used the Brown Betty filter on the photos in my previous posts, which seemed to look better on my Macbook Air then on the iMac when I processed them. There are also some great borders you can apply to your photos. I think those of you who love Instagram will also like using Analog on your Mac.
