  28. Lyndsay:

Oh, how I love pattern! I am on a bit of a pattern designing bender at the moment and I’m sure reading a book like this would be fantastic inspiration. If I had to choose… oh dear, what a choice… I’m having a torrid daydream dalliance with facets and geometric patterns (they make my heart race just that little bit faster – the Ryan Gosling of patterns…), even though I know at the end of the day, I’ll always be true to a beautiful vintage, freehand floral pattern a la Florence Broadhurst… the more metallics, the better!

  29. MC:

Awesome! I would love to win this. Well, I really like hand-painted, simple decorative patterns. A combination of organic & geometric shapes. This book will definitely an inspiration.
Thank you for the opportunity ;)

  30. Valen Hunter:

  34. Stripes are always my all time fav. Now off to do the other three steps!!

  35. Awesome! I have book #1, and it’s wonderful! My favorite patterns are definitely the vintage-inspired florals – like feedsack fabrics. But I use an awful lot of stripes and polka dots in my plush, so those are right up there, too! Thanks!

  36. whitney:

I enjoy stripes, chevron, isometric, harlequin, & tribal print.

  37. Veronica:

I love patterns that are organic and hand drawn.

  38. Kimberly R.:

I love floral and polka dot patterns best.

  39. Anna:

I personally have always loved floral patterns, but I’m starting to love geometric patterns – just not on my designs. They never fit properly haha

  40. Fiona:

I like patterns with nature or floral motifs.

  41. Tia:

My favorite patterns are either really stark, heavily relying on basic shapes or repetitive shaping and myriad colors, or organic with intricate linework like the work of Aubrey Beardsley.

  42. I love love love geometric patterns. They’re my favourite!

  43. I am loving chevrons at to mo

  44. Alba R:

Love all kinds of patterns and colors, but I’ve always had a weakness for polka dots.

  45. Lizzie:

I love chevron, stripes, and ladylike florals. And polka dots but only if they’re unorganized. I love simple color schemes, but complex and detailed designs if they tell stories.

  46. I love paisley and vintage patterns with subdued pastel colors :)
